Welcome to MILANO. By accessing our website and completing a purchase, you agree to the terms and conditions outlined below. Please read carefully before using our Services.
1. Order Guarantee & Delivery
✅ We guarantee worldwide delivery, with a primary focus on Europe, North America, and select international markets. If your order is not delivered due to unforeseen issues, MILANO guarantees a full refund once the loss is confirmed.
✅ Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email to monitor the delivery status in real time.
✅ For delivery issues, please contact our team at support@milanomenfc.com. We will investigate with our logistics partners.
2. Security & Payment Processing
MILANO ensures 100% secure transactions through trusted global payment providers.
✔ We accept Credit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay, and local payment options depending on your country.
✔ All transactions undergo anti-fraud verification for your security.
✔ Payment confirmation may take 1–3 business days, depending on your bank or provider.
📌 Important: Payments must be made using valid credentials. MILANO is not responsible for errors caused by incorrect payment details.
3. Delivery & Shipping Policy
Estimated Delivery Times
- Standard Shipping (Free on orders over $100): 5–10 business days within US/UK/EU.
- International Shipping: 10–21 business days, depending on destination.
- Express Shipping: 2-3 business days (available at checkout).
Once dispatched, MILANO is not responsible for delays caused by customs, carriers, or incorrect shipping details provided by the customer.
📌 Tracking: A tracking code will be sent by email within 24-48 hours after order processing.
Shipping Issues & Claims
If your order is delayed:
- Check the tracking status via the link provided.
- Contact the local carrier for updates.
- If unresolved, contact support@milanomenfc.com so we may open an investigation.
If the carrier confirms a package as lost, MILANO will issue a full refund or send a replacement.
📌 Returned Orders Due to Incorrect Address: If delivery fails due to an incomplete or incorrect address, or if the package is not collected, the customer must cover reshipping costs. Refunds will not be issued in such cases.
4. Return & Exchange Policy
Your satisfaction matters to us. If you need to return or exchange an item, the following conditions apply:
Eligibility
✔ Returns for Dissatisfaction: Must be requested within 30 days of receipt.
✔ Defective Products: Eligible for exchange or refund within 30 days.
✔ Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, with original tags, and in perfect condition.
📌 Final Sale items (marked during checkout) are not eligible for return or exchange.
Requesting a Return

- Include your order number, product details, and reason for return.
- Our team will reply within 48 hours with instructions.
🚚 Return Shipping Costs:
- Defective items: MILANO covers return shipping costs.
- Exchanges or dissatisfaction: The customer covers return shipping.
📌 Free return labels are provided for orders within US, UK, and EU.
5. Order Cancellations
- Cancellations may be requested within 24 hours of payment.
- After 24 hours, cancellations may not be possible if the order has already been processed or shipped.
- Contact support@milanomenfc.com immediately for cancellation requests.
6. Product Information & Sizing

📌 Colors: Product colors may vary slightly due to screen settings. We strive for accuracy in all product photography.
📌 Availability: All products are subject to availability. If an item becomes unavailable after purchase, we will notify you immediately and offer a full refund or alternative.
