1. Return & Exchange Conditions

Returns Due to Dissatisfaction

  • You may return a product within 30 days of receipt if you are not satisfied with your order.
  • The product must be unworn, unwashed, with original tags attached, and in perfect condition.
  • Items must be returned in their original packaging.

Returns Due to a Defective Product

  • If your product shows a manufacturing defect, you may request a return or exchange within 30 days of delivery.

How to Request a Return or Exchange

  2. Provide Proof: For defective products, please share clear photos showing the issue, along with the original packaging and tags.
  3. Ship the Product: If approved, you will receive detailed instructions for returning the item.
  4. Verification & Processing: Once received, the item will be inspected, and your exchange or refund will be processed within 5 business days.

📌 Important: Returns will be denied if the product shows signs of wear, washing, alterations, or missing tags. In such cases, the item will be shipped back to the sender.


2. Refund Process

After your return is received and approved, you may choose:

  • Exchange for another item available in stock.
  • Refund of the product value. (Shipping costs are non-refundable if the correct product was delivered in perfect condition.)

3. Quality Guarantee

All MILANO products include a 30-day quality guarantee from the delivery date.

How to Claim

  1. Provide clear photos showing the defect, including the product tags and packaging.

Covered by Quality Guarantee

Manufacturing defects (faulty stitching, seams, zippers)
Material defects (fabric flaws, color bleeding)
Incorrect sizing (significantly different from size chart)

Not Covered

Improper care (washing against care instructions)
Normal wear and tear (fading, pilling after multiple uses)
Alterations or modifications by third parties
Damage from accidents (tears, stains, burns)
Items without original tags

4. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged for hygiene and safety reasons:

  • Underwear and intimate apparel
  • Items marked as Final Sale
  • Gift cards
  • Items without tags or proof of purchase

How long does an exchange take?

  • Once your return arrives at our Distribution Center and is approved, we process exchanges within 5 business days.
  • If return conditions are not met, the product will be sent back without prior notice.

What if the returned product shows signs of wear?

Can I exchange for a different size or color?
