Delivery Timeframe

The estimated delivery time depends on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout:

  • Standard Shipping (Free Shipping): Estimated delivery time is 5 to 21 business days after shipment.
  • Express Shipping: This option offers a faster dispatch process, reducing delivery times. Estimated delivery varies based on the destination.

Shipping Carriers & Tracking

Delays & Lost Packages

  • If your order is delayed beyond the estimated timeframe, we recommend first checking with the shipping carrier to determine the reason for the delay.
  • If the carrier cannot locate your order, please contact us immediately at support@milanomen.com so we can investigate the issue.
  • If a logistics issue is confirmed, we will process a FULL refund or send a replacement order at no extra cost.

Important Notes

  • If your order was placed using Bank Transfer or a local payment method, the time between payment and bank clearance may take up to 5 business days, affecting the processing time.
  • During peak seasons (such as Black Friday and holidays), shipping times may be extended due to high demand.
  • Milano is not responsible for delays caused by customs, local postal services, or incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer.
