- If your product has a manufacturing defect, you may request a return or exchange within 30 days of receiving it.

- Provide Proof: If returning a defective product, send a video (up to 1 minute) or clear photos showing the issue, including the original packaging and shipping label.

- Verification & Processing: Upon receiving the item, we will inspect it and process the exchange or refund within 5 business days.
📌 Important: If the product shows any signs of use, damage, or modifications, the return will be denied, and the item will be shipped back to the sender.
